Al-Andalus is an Andalusian Agarwood fragranced solid cologne. This concentrated solid cologne is meant to be applied directly to your skin. It is alcohol free and is made solid using Jojoba wax and Shea butter.
Inspired by the fragrant legacy of Al-Andalus (Islamic Spain), this cologne opens bold wave of rich agarwood oud, its sharp incense character deepened by the resinous depth of Galbanum. The fragrance is uplifted by the delicate floral notes of lily of the valley, reminiscent of the floral stalls lining the sunlit paths to the great Mosque of Córdoba. The bold notes fade into the soothing presence of warm, woody cedarwood.
Between 711 and 1492, what is today known as Spain, Portugal and southern France was known as Al-Andalus, which was an Islamic nation. The Al-Andalus perfume is meant to capture the essence of Islamic Spain and make you feel as if you are the Imam of Cordoba.
Directions:
This is a touch-activated cologne. This means you only need to touch the surface of the balm with your finger and rub in a circular motion to apply some to your finger. You can use this cologne anywhere, but we recommend that you apply it to your wrists, neck, chest, beard and behind your ears.
Storage & Shelf life:
Solid colognes should be used within 2 years of opening, as the essential oils will start to fade. Please store this at room temperature and do not get water inside the container. In cold/hot temperatures, this solid cologne will develop snowflake-like patterns. This is the natural crystallization of the product, and it does not mean that it has spoiled.
