Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order processing times:
Orders are shipped out within 2 business days (excluding weekends and Canadian public holidays).
Once your order has been assigned a shipping label, you will receive an confirmation email. For most customers you will be provided a tracking number. Some international destinations do not have a tracking number. Rest assured, we have never had a case of a lost a package in our whole 6 years in business.
Most orders are shipped directly from our office in London, Ontario, Canada. To reduce delivery delays caused by unexpected postal strikes or tariffs, We may use Amazon's trusted fulfillment network for select orders in Canada and The United States, to ensure quick and secure delivery. Depending on your items, you may receive your order in separate shipments. You will receive an email once every individual order has been shipped, with each tracking number. This helps our customers get their orders faster.
CANADA:
To make it easier for you to receive your items sooner, most Canadian orders will be shipped from our Canadian Amazon warehouse stock. This measure lets us avoid sudden Canada post strikes. The package (s) should arrive within 3-10 business days after being shipped.
UNITED STATES:
All orders to be shipped to the United States are duty free. We are responsible for all duties/tariffs. Some orders, will come from our American Amazon warehouse stock. We have set this up to completely avoid any unwanted delays and duties or tariffs. The package (s) should arrive in 7-12 business days on average after being shipped.
THE REST OF THE WORLD:
All orders placed for international destinations will be shipped from our London, Ontario store directly by air mail in one package.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. For most European destinations your order should arrive within 14 business days. For customers in the United Kingdom, We use PostNL which will forward the package to Royal Mail once it lands in the UK. You will receive a tracking update when it is forwarded to your local postal service.
For customers in more remote regions of the world, we're happy to check delivery timelines for you just reach out to us before ordering. Most customers will get their order within 30 business days.

Free shipping offer:
If you spend at least $80 (CAD) your order will automatically qualify for free shipping to anywhere in the world. This is our way of making it easier for you to receive more unique halal skincare items without worrying about the burden of having to pay for shipping.
Please note, if you use your points it will deduct from the $80 and the system will automatically add shipping. Please email us after to let us know, and we will issue a refund on the shipping price.
Customs & Duties information:
​Orders shipped internationally via Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). We try our best to make sure all of our customers receive their halal skincare items duty free. If DDP isn't available for your country we use trusted carriers and fulfillment partners to reduce the chance of fees. Customs may open packages for inspection. In very rare cases, to some remote nations that have stricter import regulations, your country may assess and apply taxes, even though we have paid in advance any relevant fees to send the package. If that happens the recipient is responsible and there is nothing we can do to avoid this.
​Incorrect address & Returned or Undeliverable packages:
We understand that small mistakes can happen when entering shipping details (such as forgetting an apartment or unit number). To help prevent issues, we verify every address through Google Maps before shipping. If we notice that part of your address may be missing, we'll reach out by text or email to confirm. If we don't receive a response within a reasonable time, your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
Once your order has shipped, the address can no longer be changed or updated. If you entered an incorrect address and realize after dispatch, please try contacting the household or property where the package may have been delivered. Unfortunately, Muslim Cosmetics cannot issue refunds or replacements for delivery issues resulting from customer-entered address errors.
If an address or shipping error occurred on our part, we'll take full responsibility and re-send your order at no additional cost (subject to product availability).
Remote and Undeliverable Addresses:
In rare cases, certain very remote or rural locations may be outside the delivery range of our fulfillment partners, including Amazon. During periods of postal disruptions or limited service, your order may not be eligible for shipment.
If we are unable to ship to your address, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded automatically. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
