Each product is crafted by hand in Canada with halal, carefully selected ingredients. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the items leave our facility.

No returns or exchanges.
We are very sorry, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstance. Once a cosmetic product leaves our facility, it cannot be resold or guaranteed sanitary. We appreciate your understanding and support for a small handmade business. We try our best to describe our products and we are always open to improvements. If there was something you would like us to improve on please get in contact with us.
We know that everyone’s tastes and skin needs are different. If a product didn’t meet your expectations, we completely understand, we hope you gift it to a friend or loved one, they might enjoy it just as much as we hoped you would.
Canceling an order or changing an order.
We begin to prepare your order as soon as we can. If you placed an order realized that you wanted to make changes or cancel, please text or email us right away to request changes / cancelation.

Islam teaches that the option to cancel a purchase (Khiyar Al-Majlis) is allowed as long as both the buyer and seller are still together and haven't yet gone their separate ways.
Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar:
The Messenger of Allah (ï·º) as saying: "Each one of the two parties in a business has an option (to annul it) against the other party so long as they have not separated, except in a conditional bargain."
Grade: Sahih. Sunan Abi Dawud 3454
In accordance with this teaching,​
For in person pick up orders:
We honor your full right to cancel the purchase before you leave the pickup location.
For online orders:
We will do our best to honor your request for cancelation or changes. Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner or we've started packaging and labeling it, we may not be able to cancel, even if the tracking number and shipping confirmation email hasn’t been sent to you yet.
​Incorrect address & Returned or Undelivered packages:
This policy is covered in detail in our Shipping policy. Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. If the delivery issue was caused by an error on our part, we will review the situation and take appropriate action. We’ll do our best to assist where possible, but carrier investigations must be completed before any resolution can be considered.
