Delivery times

After we confirm your order we will ship the package within 2 business days*.

Due to us traveling, and international tariffs until further announcement. 
All shipments will come from domestic stock and be shipped by Amazon.

For customers with larger orders. The order MIGHT come in more than one shipment.
 

CANADA:  Canadian orders will be shipped from Canada, directly from our stock in the amazon warehouse, using Amazon local carrier. The package should arrive in 1- 6 days on average after being shipped. The reason why we are using our Amazon stock to deliver packages is because we do not have a permanent residence at this time due to economic troubles.

 

UNITED STATES:  American orders will be shipped from America, from our American Amazon stock. Orders typically take 1-6 business days to arrive. 

 

All other International orders is currently suspended till further notice. We are unable to ship internationally at this time due to the fact that we do not have a permanent location and are living the nomadic lifestyle due to the expensive living conditions in Canada. It has been this way since 2023 and this is expected to end by the end of 2025.

Duties / Taxation

Islam prohibits the collection of Tax. Either way, currently your items are coming domestically so there is no tax or duties or tariffs.

Damaged in transit

Everything bought from our website is directly handled by Amazon warehouse staff. So far we have had no issues but if you noticed the product is damaged please send us photos and we will investigate this issue.

Do not safe drop / Post office pick up

​

"Do not safe drop" is something currently out of our control, as mostly amazon will leave packages outside. If the order did not arrive please inform us right away so we can lodge an investigation with Amazon shipments.

Wrong address

​

If you have mistakenly forgotten the condo number within Canada or USA we usually will notice. We will attempt to contact you to try to obtain the complete address. If we are not successful we will Cancel and refund the order.
