Delivery times

After we confirm your order we will ship the package within 2 business days*.

CANADA: Domestic orders will be shipped via Canada Post with a tracking number. The package should arrive in 2-7 days on average after being shipped.

 

UNITED STATES: Orders typically take 5-12 business days to arrive. Orders to the United States do not usually have a tracking number but they are sent with Air-mail.

 

All other International order delivery times vary depending on the country, shipping method and season. For international orders, we use Air-Mail so we estimate your order should arrive on average within 2-3 weeks. International shipping does not come with a tracking number. We are sorry for this but Canada has the most expensive shipping in the entire world, for this reason, we are not able to add a tracking number. If you live in a remote country wait times for delivery could take longer than 1 month so please wait paitently before assuming the product is lost. 

*Shipping times may be longer during Canadian holidays when post offices are closed or mail is high volume. We will ship your order as soon as the post office is open if they were closed on those 2 business days. Custom orders, Event or Wholesale orders may take longer please contact us for an estimated time.

Delivery cost

Delivery cost is determined by the total weight of your order as well as location. We understand that delivery fees can be expensive but this is not in our control, unfortunately Canada is the most expensive countries to ship from. We are very sorry about this. Luckily our items are relatively small which means the more you add to your order the price is not likely to increase very much compared to the base shipping fee. We also do offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for larger orders.

Duties / Taxation

​

Islam prohibits the collection of Tax. Unfortunately we can not control the tax collection of evil trirants who may arbatraily collect the tax on items marked as "gift". We do our best to ensure that you will not be charged taxes or duties. We ship packages to certain countries not under our buisness name, but under our personal name to avoid you having your wealth stolen from you. We also do not use tyranical shipping companies that will automatically collect duties and "custom clearance fees". Canada post generally does not hand over the packages to tax tyrants.

Damaged in transit

Everything bought from our website is directly handled by us. We try to pack our items in the smallest, eco-friendly way possible. We handle our products with care and we hope that the shipping carrier does the same, however we are not responsible for products damaged by the carrier. In the unfortunate event that your package had gotten wet, damaged or melted in the mail, we are very sorry but we are not able to exchange or refund but please reach out to us and let us know about this so that we can try to prevent this issue in the future. Alhamdulillah, we have not had much problems with items being damaged.

Do not safe drop / Post office pick up

​

"Do not safe drop" is only available for deliveries within Canada. We can tell Canada post not to leave the item outside and have it delivered to a post office for pick up. For larger orders, we might at our own discression automatically have the item marked as "Do not safe drop" in order to prevent the items from being lost or stolen. If this happens you will have to pick up the item at the nearest Canada post location or retailer. You will be notified by email, text or leaflet in your mailbox about this.

Wrong address

​

If you have mistakenly forgotten the condo number within Canada we will notice this because of "address" lookup automatic function with Canada post. We will attempt to contact you to try to obtain the complete address. If we are not successful we will Cancel and refund the order.  For USA / International customers, we might not notice this issue. We do write your phone number provided on the packages so that the local post office can contact you, however we are not responsible if they do not attempt to contact you. For any reason if the packages are sent back to us because they are not delivered. We will re-send them to you if you wish free of charge.
