After we confirm your order we will ship the package within 2 business days*.
CANADA: Domestic orders will be shipped via Canada Post with a tracking number. The package should arrive in 2-7 days on average after being shipped.
UNITED STATES: Orders typically take 5-12 business days to arrive. Orders to the United States do not usually have a tracking number but they are sent with Air-mail.
All other International order delivery times vary depending on the country, shipping method and season. For international orders, we use Air-Mail so we estimate your order should arrive on average within 2-3 weeks. International shipping does not come with a tracking number. We are sorry for this but Canada has the most expensive shipping in the entire world, for this reason, we are not able to add a tracking number.
*Shipping times may be longer during Canadian holidays when post offices are closed or mail is high volume. We will ship your order as soon as the post office is open if they were closed on those 2 business days. Custom orders, Event or Wholesale orders may take longer please contact us for an estimated time.
Delivery cost is determined by the total weight of your order, location and method of shipping. We understand that delivery fees can be expensive but this is not in our control, unfortunately Canada is the most expensive countries to ship from, and as miniumum wage increased so did the prices of shipping. We are very sorry about this. Luckily our items are relatively small which means the more you add to your order the price is not likely to increase very much compared to the base shipping fee.
Damaged in transit
All items are packaged in the appropriate envelope, box or package. We handle our products with care and we hope that the shipping carrier does the same, however we are not responsible for products damaged by the carrier. In the unfortunate event that your package had gotten wet, damaged or melted in the mail, we are very sorry but we are not able to exchange or refund but please reach out to us and let us know about this.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns. All orders are final sale. This is due to hygienic reasons. We understand sometimes people buy things that they thought they would like but end up not liking. If there is a way we can improve the product please let us know. We encourage you to give the products to your friends or family incase you did not like the scent of the product you recieved.
